Hi all

I'm using TRex with the Advanced Stateful mode to transmit some IPv4/6 traffic, but I'm wondering if there's a way to add a delay/interval between the sent traffic packets.

I am aware of the "gap" parameter to control the inter-departure time between packets, and I'm looking for a similar parameter to achieve that in ASTF.

Many thanks in advance
Bassam

Hi Bassam,
You can do it between L7 payloads (not packets), this way you can increase the active  flows

Thanks
Hanoh

Hi Hanoh

Can you kindly point me to the documentation or some examples of this? A delay between payload packets could help me achieve what I want.

Best
Bassam
