when first packet contains these flags [SYN,ECN,CWR ] - trex doesn't start the traffic

Hi, I have a pcap with the [SYN,ECN,CWR ] flags- and when trying to run it I get this message:

Packet #0 in pcap is not IPv4 or IPv6!

is there any way to run it with these flags and not only SYN?

All the packets in the pcap should be valid eth/ipv4/[TCP?UDP]  with the same 5 tuple values and without any error. 

Have a look into the first packet
