"Failed inserting uio module, please check if it is installed" on running t-rex-64 file

I am seeing this error while running trex file for the first time

[root@a2728b59bdd3 v2.41]# ./t-rex-64 -i

Failed inserting uio module, please check if it is installed <<< error >>>>
ERROR encountered while configuring trex system

I checked previous conversations and found for similar there was request to upgrade kmod.I did update the kmod but still I see the same error

What is the output of:

lsmod

insmod uio

Are you running from inside docker?

Yes, I am running inside docker.

insmod: ERROR: could not load module uio: No such file or directory
