Unable to connect to localhost

Hi all,
I'm running TRex application on a container in ISR4k router. However, when i try to connect with 'trex-console', i get following error;

root@trex/Desktop/trex/latest/v2.39# sudo ./trex-console

Using 'python' as Python interpeter

Connecting to RPC server on localhost:4501 [FAILED]

Log:
*** [RPC] - Failed to get server response from tcp://localhost:4501

Shutting down RPC client

kindly, suggest some solution to resolve this issue. I've configured eth0 & virtualportgroup ip addresses properly, along with ip route for same.
