TRex v2.27 and Stateless GUI v4.0

Hi,

TRex v2.27 and Stateless GUI v4.0 is released.

In TRex v2.27 async RPC flow-stats support has been removed. Only new sync RPC API is supported from this version. Therefore all versions of Stateless GUI prior v4.0 will not work with new TRex.
