The stateful mode of trex cannot send 40G traffic

Hello, I recently used trex's stateful mode to test traffic. The instructions say that it supports traffic testing up to 200Gb/s, but I have configured a 40G network card, and the maximum traffic can only reach 24Gb/s. What may be the cause of this?
