So I keep coming back to the Electro=Harmonix 2880 unit, I read the manual multip;e times, watched many demos (both from the E-H site and others on You Tube, Yes it is expensive and add in the foot controller it is vey expensive ) but I can live with it as it seems to perform well, sound quality is very good , not terribly hard to understand the directions and ** I do have a bad back so I can not do repetitive bending , I am wondering (though the foot controller does not require bending over (I avoid floor mounted effects as they kill my back, (my pedal board is on a table)can you use (well) the 2880
without the 2880 foot controller or a midi switcher (that I read about in some posts on this forum)

One last ? with Summer NAMM around the corner any idea about a new 2880 looper or a modification
to the current model? or price increases? You folks are in the know at E-H I am a newbie posting but follow E-H products and Harmony Central and read catalogs and guitar magazines (most favorite is Premier Guitar , I have read t since the days when it was called Musicians Hotline(its free online to read and down load to your desk top (PC/Mac.

Thanks for your replies, I very much appreciate them, (if/when I get a 2880 looper I can do the Boss Slicer midi that you mentioned . I am good with midi keyboard use but will figure out the sync (hopefully) glad that you like your looper and also appreciate the info on the foot pedal (use or not use)

Yes I do play ambient / drone like music a lot(electric guitar(most) tied with and midi keyboard) and a Yamaha electronic keyboard(rarely) also alternative& spoken word but am more in the experimental & ambient/drone music
creation wise (or try to at least) got hooked on Brian Eno/Harold Budd especially Music for Airports as well as Constance Demby, Tim Story , Dueter,Cluster, and many artists both piano, keyboard and others just plain out there . Drone guitar is really relaxing for me to play and a looper will really help (IMO) I heard most of these artists on Hearts of Space (a radio program
thats also on the net (or .net or .org) its subscription online with *free Sundays
I no longer live in range of radio broadcast pick up I have a large collection of cassette tapes
(including programn#1 ) The original co-host passed away but the original host is still there

Thanks for your post and input, indeed the layout is very good (without LCD screens and toggle here and there and it (to me) does what it says it will do, and that is being a looper with 4 mono tracks that can bounce or be 2 stereo tracks (may not be saying that right) the videos are great,

I feel its a fine looper and has a lot of features and after pondering , the foot pedal may be a good thing to have (though I saw a thread on noise in a 2880 looper foot controller , ? I will read it again as it must be noise that people hear not clicks in the tracks (I hope) and doubt

business for some time he buys them when ever he finds them, I recall the modeling device, a black unit with orange lettering if I am correct and they were almost giving them away (either when they were going out of business or the store was clearing inventory, maybe I should have grabbed one, I have seen them online for not very much $ but I do not need a multi effect unit (though I have never seen a Johnson amp ? solid state or tube? or modeling amp ??, I will take a look at the Boomerang 3, last I read it was a ? beta and owners of the #3 could send theirs in for updates, perhaps at NAMM :rawk: it will be ready or close for selling purposes. I think the company is in Texas, and they make a Chorus effect unit that is for sale now
if I am correct. I have not heard any rumour about E-H and a strictly looper but I would be perhaps the last to know, seems the Character 21 and the two envelope filters will be at Summer NAMM.

some people say some of my guitar work sounds like The Durutti (? spelling) Column (who I had no idea was its
Vinnie Reilly) I checked out the band /Vinnie Reilly on You Tube and I do not hear/see it

MSuperLooper is the next generation multitrack looping tool designed for live performances. Capturing ideas and getting creative was never easier. It is quick, versatile and offers endless options.

Loopers used to have just a single track. That may be enough to capture an idea quickly, but it's certainly not enough for a great live performance. MSuperLooper features up to 16 tracks, 4 loops in each for increased versatility.

Each MsuperLooper track has it's own MXXX based modular pipeline. so you can actually play bass with your mouth for example. Every track than may have its own effect chain. Please note that while many effect modules are free, others need to be purchased separately. To see which licences you need to unlock certain effects, see the table below.

The Wonder Looper Super Looper French Terry is crafted in Wakayama, Japan on the legendary Tsuriami (Loopwheel) knitting machines that have been operational for over a century. Unlike traditional French Terry which boasts a uniform loop backed interior, the Super Looper French Terry is extremely textured and full of random sized loops which gives the fabric an incredible tactile look and feel. Weighing in at a substantial 446 GSM this fabric doesn't just look textured; it feels like you're wrapped in a cozy, luxurious towel. And yet, despite this rich interior texture, the exterior remains impeccably smooth, with the look and feel of a classic sweatshirt.

Our Zip Hoodie features a modern athletic fit, complete with a drawstring hood, split hand warmer pockets, and raglan sleeves for a comfortable fit. Its ribbed side panels, cuffs, and hem provide additional support, and the flat seam construction ensures a sleek appearance. The heavy gauge two-way Waldes zipper adds a touch of durability. Expertly crafted in Japan ensuring superior quality.

Looper Live Badder Super Looper Disposable 1g is the newest masterfully crafted creation from the Looperverse! Looper has recently released tons of new products, including their THCa Live Badder Dabz and Live Rosin THCa Pre-Rolls.

Although both of these products are stellar, they have taken a step away from their usual product style, high-potency blends. These Super Looper disposables bring it back perfectly, blending three potent cannabinoids with their delicious live badder for a premium vaping experience. Looper has seamlessly fused function, potency, and flavor into one simple and effective device!

Looper Live Badder Super Looper Disposables contain a super potent 1g blend of THCa Live Badder, HHC, THCP, and flavor-packed terpenes. The best part about this disposable blend is its complete transparency. Each one-gram distillate blend is made up of 15% THCP, 50% THCa, and 35% HHC, and it is backed up with lab results to prove it!

Around 45 minutes into this blissful state of relaxation, users will feel the typical tingle of THCP creeping over the body. This blend combines Delta 8 THCP and Delta 9 THCP to provide users with the best of both worlds!

Regarding hardware, Looper has kept things simple. Every disposable is sleek and discreet and features a stick-style design with rounded edges and a soft-touch finish for comfort. These devices are button-activated with auto-draw technology. Users click the button rapidly five times to turn the device on or off and three times to activate preheat. Lastly, every disposable includes a USBC port for fast charging capabilities.

All loopers will work on most 16mm projectors, as long as the projector arms can be adjusted and will stay in place. They have been used on Elmo and Eiki projectors, both the NT series and the Slimline. Also someone used the Mini Looper on a Kal-Art projector, but I don't have pictures.

I know, with the wacky herringbone floor pattern this looks like someone's 1970s-style basement. But this is an exhibition room at The Art Institute of Chicago. Five Super Duper loopers! They bought one, then got four more. The projectors seem to be a mix of Eiki RT and Eiki Slimline models.

Cubase can almost be a looper because you can already create lanes and then separate lanes to separate tracks.
It would be easy to have the option to switch from lanes to add a new unmuted track after each loop and presto, we have a looper! (:

The BYOC super8 is a programmable 8 channel true bypass looper. Pound for pound, it is the most advanced looper on the market. It has 8 fully accessible loops, not just 2 banks of 4 loops like other "8 channel" loopers. It has 32 programmable user presets that can be saved on its internal memory for up to 40 years without power. It measures less than 10 inches in length so you have more room on your pedal board for pedals. It has separate normal and buffered inputs. It has pop-free, true bypass, relay switching. And all of this is controlled by only 5 soft-touch footswitches, which once you understand how it works, is actually a more intuitive and physically easier to use interface than the dozen or so discrete footswitches it would have required to control and program all these features (and it makes the super8 much smaller!).

*this is one of our more difficult kits. If you are a first time builder, please read the instructions carefully and watch the video below to see if this looks like something you can handle before ordering.
**This kit requires a power supply with at least 225mA of current.
***Because of the closely spaced jacks, we recommend patch cables with small plugs such as George L's, Lava, Evidence Audio, Chandler, or other types of "solderless" cables, or the molded plastic style. We sell right angle plastic molded style cables.

Our large super looper wig brush features 11 rows of nylon loop bristles. The bristles are looped rather than straight or coated, ensuring that the hair isn't pulled or caught on teeth when brushing. The loops make it extra gentle on your wig or hair piece. The Super Looper Brush is the best brush choice for detangling, particularly with human hair wigs.
