Youth Ops Ontario summer employment programs

I just got a note asking me to bring to your attention the summer
job opportunities available through Youth Opportunities Ontario.

you can find some info on the 1999 Summer Experience Program
& Ontario Rangers Program, the Ontario-Quebec Summer
Student Job Exchange Program, and the Ontario Government Regular
Summer Student Hiring Program.

The first program tells you to check back mid-April for
specific postings, so that might be a pass. The Ontario-Quebec
program is specifically looking for computer science students,
but their deadline is February 12th so hurry. Your prospects
for the Regular program might be enhanced if you apply to the
local Ministry of Natural Resources. Don't tell anyone, but
we have infiltrated the place and have people there who might,
uh, "keep things fair" if you get my drift. ;-) /Bonnie
