I just got a fax from the Durham District School Board. They
are recruiting tutors to work in Grade 7 classes to help
enlighten the little darlings on the new Ontario science and
math curriculum units.

The schools are located in the following areas: Pickering,
Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Brock, Scugog and Uxbridge townships.
The pay is $1,800 (180 hours @ $10). Positions are available
beginning in early 1999 or may commence in late April.
I have posted the hard copy on the bulletin board in OC 102.
The fella in charge of hiring is a Trent grad, so no doubt
he'll "keep things fair". :-) /Bonnie
