I'd just like to make things clear to those of you out there who were
bothered by the "Work available" posting that I made.

1) I already checked with a staff member to see if that posting would be
worth putting on the newsgroups, so please realize that this was in NO WAY
intended to be a spam.

2) The posting is completely legit, and for anyone who's interested you can
contact me at either my trent email (sp...@trentu.ca) or my personal one
(sj...@columbusc.com). If you still think I'm being an idiot, or posting
unwanted messages, talk to me in person. I'm in the school 3 days a week for
classes, so let me know and I'll join you for a coffee and explain what the
posting was all about.

3) This was only an offer, and there is no committment involved. I have
absolutely no intention of ripping anyone off. I am just trying to find some
summer work, same as everyone else, and I was trying to find a way that
would be mutually beneficial for a few people.

4) as for being a "big mean corporation" -- far from it. It's just a small
business looking to expand it's clientele. A small business, however, that
has major clients ranging from Chatham to Belleville, and including a few
companies that you might recognize -- including World's Finest Chocolate,
which I'm sure everyone knows from selling chocolate almonds in high school.

My apologies if this originally came across as a spam, or a "rip-off" offer.

-Steve
