Urgent! Who is coming on Tuesday?

Hello there, how are you spending your last days in Ethiopia? Hope you all are in the right mood.
Based on the info I got from Diriba,  Mehari and Kedu, I understand that abt 11 of you will arrive on Tuesday noon in the
closing hours of wel come  office. So we have to discuss abt  how we can receipt you here and try to accomodate you for a night.
Here we are discussing  who  can take how many of you so that all of you will be safe and on the hands of your brothers/sisters.
So in order to able to do this, we need the confirmation from you. If there are some people who are not able to respond cause they don't have internet access,
 some body can confirm in place of them.
I know some of you have tried to reserve some hostels, that is great. If you did that because you dont think we can arrange some thing for you, get informed that we can.
Else if you have already paid for them, it is OK, some of us will manage your luggage and bus from the station to put you safe in your hostel. So give us your names.

Finally we wish you the best final days and enjoy your time with family, friends  and ofcourse with Ethiopian Food.

I think most of us will leave Eth tuesday night and will arive trento
wednesday afternoon. My and me will leave AA @23:45 (around 5:45
tuesday lelit begna) and arrive in milan around 5:35 (begna lelit
11:35 linegaga sil). We will use ethiopian airlines so the flight is
direct. Bergit be italian time andi seat wede huala newu (GMT+2). So
we will reach with in the time the welcome office mentioned since
trento is around 4hrs train drive from milan. So can somebody say
something so that trento guys can help us after our arrival in trento?
Also is there a direct train from milan malpensa airport to trento?
Some of the sites mentions it but i guess there is transit. Trento
guys plz say sth. Thanks!!

hello everybody i was wondering if there is anyone at the trento station on tuesday around 1 PM, i am planning to arrive then and if there is anyone available and willing to help me get around the city i would realy be grateful,

dear everyone,

i think no one will arrive on Tuesday. but if there is any please do confirm us so that we will arrange the place wher  u will spend ur first night. and it will be nice if u tell us the exact time u will arrive :)

For All who will come i want to give u some info how to get to trento..

All of u will arrive in malpensa airport terminal 1 then in order to get to central train station of milan u have to take a bus(look like skybus)... u can get them outside the terminal (if not ask someone to show u) then u have to buy ticket which costs 7.50 Euro around the bus ( there are some individuals wz uniform) then after 1hr u will reach the  central train station. 

After u get in the train station, buy train ticket to trento (u will transit in verona) by a train named  RIGINALE which costs 15.50 Euro, others are expensive remember the train may not be directly to verona but it can pass through verona u can ask the ticket officer  then read the train binario(plat form- a number that shows where u can find the train), where it will pass, at what time it will reach in verona  on the big screen. Go and search the number then get on the train to be sure ask some one who is getting on the train .

Whn u reach Verona get  out of the train and check for a train which will go to BOLZANO or BRENERRO then after 1hr:05 u will reach trento and u will get us there. 

this is my number  3276331434 u can call me and ask me anything.. make sure u have some Euro cents in ur pocket cause it is difficult to get one.
