Financial statement authintication at embassy

Dear All,

 

Hope everything is fine with you!  I am  Asameno a prospective student of Trento University in MIM- Masters of International Management. so far I have went through all the procedures; now I am on my way to done with the financial statement. I have the letter writen from my woreda authenticated at Oromia reginal state and Minister of foreign affairs. I have also get the paper translated in to Italian language and I am planning to go to Italian Embassy coming thuesday for same purpose. Hence, I would like to know things that I need to present with me to get the letter authenticated at embassy.

 

Beside, regarding the copy of my Degree; My orginal document has not yet been issued ... I only have the tempoary and student copy. what shall I do for degree validation ..if there is any one who experienced the same problem ..

 

Finally I would not pass with out saying God Bless all you guys for being with us in giving all valuable information .. this journey would have been more complicated with out ur info.

Hi,

As in all the cases I know, You can use the temporary degree and student copy docs. Actually, they don't need your student copy. The only need your degree certificate. 

But before you go to embassy, you have authenticate the degree in ministry of foreign affairs and translate it to italian. Then you can go to embassy to process (to validate) both the financial and degree documents.

Thanks dasu!  but, is that possible to process only the financial document ..l mean for now I only have my financial statement authentuacted and translated. I need some time  to authenticate and translate my degree ... so, can I process only the financial statement to meet the deadline of opera and go on the degree validation latter on . Thankyou again!

Yes you can. 

The job of the embassy is to legalize the translated documents. They don't care whether you give them once or separately. Actually the doc that matters most is the financial statement as you have meet the deadline.
