Along with management and entrepreneurial experience, I have a proven track record of crafting highly advanced technological solutions to complex business challenges and award winning cloud based products for startup.
I have over 15 years of international commercial experience working in key positions in software development projects: top technical skills matched with team building, product development notions, project management, workflow optimization, entrepreneurial experience and a true belief in Agile and Lean principles.
I worked using most practices: from extensive TDD and pair programming in XP environments to continuous deployment, software craftsmanship and Kanban in Lean teams.
This experience has given me an ability to identify and reduce waste in terms of time and bad requirements, optimize data flows, design software following SOLID principles, fully automate the development cycle and effectively coordinate developers with different backgrounds.
I believe in continuous improvement as a mean to maximize the team’s productivity in the medium and long term.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate people and my nature of thinking out of the box make me a dynamic and positive influence on any project needing human and technical excellence.
Ci vediamo lì!
