I just realized today that I'm a cyborg. Our client shared a dropbox and we needed to register then the captcha asked me for a sum of 14 on a dice and it is so hard it took me 3 tries and wasted my time trying to take it slow and take my time. I just used the audio instead and got in however the audio quality is bad too.

Hi @Jay, the captcha doesn't help secure my account, it makes logging in from my phone incredibly annoying and finally impossible. This is useless and very annoying. Remove it ASAP, I can't log in from my phone and then there's no point in using Dropbox.

Dear Sir,
I am having problem trying to log in to my paid account because of the captcha verification.
Trying to roll the animal 10 times successfully(If I am successful) is annoying & frustrating.
I was in a hurry to upload my files for work & could not log in to get it done.
I hope that you can do something about this present issue because this is not security but annoyance.
It hinders me from accessing my paid account & my workflow.
I had tried the to refresh the captcha but it came out with the same puzzle.

Oh my GOD! The most annoying and frustrating capcha puzzle on the web. I absolutely hate having to go though this matching sequence. It makes me so angry. the worst part is when it punishes you after the 5 matches, turning into 10. Seriously? It makes me want to scream and smash my screen. Please, I'd rather spin those ridiculous animals. The worst part of it is the gameification! It's so annoying, why do i have to solve it quickly like a lab chimp? I hate being treated like a lab chimp. i am a paying customer who's very frustrated by the verification system. Please make it less frustrating.

Totally ridiculous...I have to login multiple times a day and it's taking WAAAAAAAAAY too long. Looking for alternatives already, can't continue like this. Beyond ridiculous, like ridi-ridi-ridi-ridiculous

I totally agree! Such a waste of time! This is ridiculous. Whoever thought of this must be a game addict or something to come up with this security feature. Out of all the security features that one can think of, you'll be given one that's going to waste your time!

The security challenge asks you to match the dice with same symbol facing upwards and then shows you 6/8 options, none of which show matching symbols facing upwards. I not a stupid person, but it took me several tries to get it to show me a selection where the upward facing die had the same symbol. PayPal please CHECK your programme on this. You will notice its taking people much longer to log in, so how much will we take before we leave and close our accounts. Some people are colour blind or dyslexic , so cannot see certain colours or see things differently, so have your designers taken this into account. ? As I have neither and it took me ages, I think you will have many complaints about this. Others will just leave and take their business elsewhere. Life's too short for this. Seriously !

I totally agree, this new login security is way over the top, and way more excessive than any other website I have ever used. Please at least revise the Captcha requirement to no more than once weekly.

100% Shipstation is the ONLY software out of the dozens and dozens I use that use outdate methods like this stupid manual recaptcha that AI could pass easier than I can. If they'd let me, I'd be happy to offer my development services free of charge to implement a 5-minute fix and upgrade them to V3 standards. Ridiculous they don't care enough to do it. I think their team should be forced to login the same way their customers do so they can feel our pain.

Ditto. We're trying ot get work done here, the whole point of using a frankly expensive serrve like SS for our compnay is to improve productivity. If I have spend several minutes each day goinng through this moneky business then we'll start looking for a new platform.

Just had to do 3 captchas to log into my account today:

Select all squares containing bicycles --> it didnt like my selection, gave me another one
Select all squares containing motorcycles --> still didnt like my selection (am i a robot?)
Select all squares containing traffic lights --> finally got through

What was the point of this? I log into my shipstation account from this computer every day.

It seems even more excessive than in the past. Busses, motorcycles, traffic lights, etc.. I tried to disable ad block and am on the same IP every day. Nothing helps and this is the only website I use that does this so frequently. I'd just like to do my job with as little fuss as possible.

Does eBay want my money or not? How am I supposed to be productive on the site when I am constantly being forced to log in and lose work in the process? Tried getting help from support and they just treated my like I'm an idiot. Granted eBay support is worthless, they just exist to get you off the phone as fast as possible.

Me too. Started in last couple days. Have to log in 10 to 20 times a day. Best of all in chrome on a laptop have to log in TWICE every time, first login always fails with no change to password between first and second try. That's really a new one on me!

I'm shocked they even know how to speak. I would be happier with CS if they just hung up on me instantly rather than finding creative ways to annoy me till I hang up and find another meat sack to talk to.

It doesn't really stop anything though. A scammer would have more patience than myself since it is just free money to them. If I can type my password in more than once correctly and verify the 2 factor code that should be proof enough.

Someone literally made my account less secure despite security supposedly being important. I want their head on a plate. I did just talk to someone on the phone that was reasonable and intelligent which was nice. They suggested the possibility of it needing to be removed to check the issue. Regardless that is something that shouldn't be changed with out explicit confirmed account holder permission.

How I got rid of this **bleep** constant sign in and captcha was by resetting the Firefox browser, then clearing all offsite web data. I need to do this a couple of times a month or the repeat sign ins start coming back. The cs support don't have a clue how to help with this issue.

So yet again, I try to post a message and hit enter, get the login page, log in and get the error message. Am I being punished for being here on the message board? I am so fed up with the glitches that I may give this site up for good.

No, there is not. However your Battlenet account is a totally other issue. Even without game licenses it can be used for spam and advertising in some games, or on forums. Depending on what licenses you have on it. Whatever happened it simply detected a change or Blizz forced a check.

Over on the WoW boards last week (I think?) people were commenting on needing to log back in to the Launcher and that some were being asked for the Auth who had not been asked in a long time. I really do think Blizz simply issued a reset challenge, not that you did anything.

It is an option for a security challenge when logging into Battlenet launcher. It has nothing to do with individual games. Popping up challenges in the middle of game play is harmful to the actual gamers.

obviously i dont mean captcha itself, what do i look like, an amateur? internal game checks are far superior. Even something as ridiculously simple as clicking an icon that appears in random locations on the game screen while a short random timer declines to 0 and releasing would completely DECIMATE any bott scripter. It would shut down overnight.

I am trying to persevere, because I need those damned licenses, do you know that I was asked 20+ times on a captcha, on your site, Over 20 time - WHAT IS THAT??? - before it would let me download the license file. For one file! And then over and over and over again. For every goddamn stupid license file. What is this? I pay to use your service, the very least you can do, is let me use it. Please, contact me if you would, I am more than disappointed in what I am now being presented with on your site. If I had seen this picture at first, I would never have signed up - what IS the point? If I cannot access my license files, what are you guys exactly giving me?

Okay, I give up, you win Envato. It is quite impossible to download a license file from your site, because your site is throwing up a Captcha box, every single time I go to download a license. And it does not want just one answer, oh no, too simple, it goes through at times over twenty variations of images, before I am permitted to download one license file. I will not live long enough to complete this exercise. I seek confirmation that you agreed to supply me with these files, and I now ask, how do I get them? Your site is broken. Useless, to this user. A complete waste of time. I would like you to contact me and offer me advice as to how I may access my license files, without answering your pointless captcha questions for the next thirty years.

I am downloading license, not files. I cannot get to my licenses, because your pointless captchas are asking for verification, about twenty times each time I want a license. Your site is unusable for me, as it is. Please advise. I need to download the licenses. I did think your site, was limitless downloads?
