Trends.Earth is a platform from Conservation International for monitoring land change using earth observations in an innovative desktop and cloud-based system. Trends.Earth is a QGIS plugin that supports monitoring of land change, including changes in productivity, land cover, and soil organic carbon. The tool can support monitoring land degradation for reporting to the Global Environment Facility (GEF), United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), and UN Habitat, as well as tracking progress towards achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) target 15.3 and 11.3. The latest version of the Trends.Earth plugin is v1.0.8 available for QGIS v 3.22+.
