My task has remained in a pending state for over a day, whereas it was still executable before that

 I am using QGIS 3.44.9 (Soloturn) and Trends.Earth 2.2.10.
I am a first-time user of trends.art. I followed the tutorial and tried several tasks before, but there were issues with the task configuration. Therefore, I deleted all tasks on the QGIS dataset interface and restarted a new task. However, the new task has been running for more than a day and is still in a pending state. I found that some tasks are still in a running state on api.trends.earth. I wonder if this is related to this?
At the same time, I also found that the Google Earth Engine account in the profile of api.trends.earth prompts "No Google Earth Engine credentials configured
I suspect it may be related to my lack of binding to GEE, so I clicked on 'connect GEE account', but only received a prompt saying 'OAuth window opened. Please complete the authorization and return here'
After authorization, you may need to refresh this page to see the updated status.”, I don't know what to do next

Thanks for the question! The long processing times you are seeing right now are due to high traffic on our server the past few days. When jobs are submitted by our users, we first collect them on our server, and then submit to GEE in the order they are received. Once GEE receives jobs from us, they also have a queue on their end, and processing times depend on how many jobs they have received from us (and from other GEE users). Because there have been many jobs submitted within the past few days (in part as we have a large workshop ongoing), users are currently seeing long processing times. We are in touch with Google and working with them to resolve the issue. It is also worth seeing this FAQ, as currently we only allow each user to have 3 jobs submitted to GEE at the same time (this is why you see three jobs "RUNNING" and your other submissions marked as "PENDING").

Also, the screenshot you showed indicating you have "No Google Earth Engine credentials configured". This is normal, and not a concern. You do notneed to (and in fact right now cannot) add your own GEE credentials to run jobs on our server. That page will eventually allow users to user their own GEE credentials to run jobs, but this is not yet supported. We'll keep users updated and inform this list when this function is available.

Best,
Alex

I checked the current status of my task. I found that the tasks I had previously deleted were still being executed, which is strange. Even though I had already deleted them in QGIS, why would they continue to run? On the other hand, one of my two newly submitted tasks showed 'cancelled by user', but I didn't cancel it myself, which is also strange
