Error installing the Plugin

I have the latest version (QGIS 3.36.2-Maidenhead) and I get an error when installing the Plugin from the "QGIS Add-ons" and from the installation of a .zip file.
I get the following message:

Thanks, I installed QGIS Ver. 3.28 in parallel and it runs without problem.
