Sub indicators SDG 15.3.1 and Soil Organic Carbon algorithms: Failed Task

Hi Admin,

I received failed task for these two algorithms "Sub indicators SDG 15.3.1 and Soil Organic Carbon" respectively. I am using QGIS 2.38.2 and I am located in Alabama.  However, my colleague in East Africa - Kenya specifically, run both algorithms in the same region on his computer successfully.  Please note the rest of the algorithms ( land productivity, land cover change) are working perfectly. My user log in details seen to be working fine, but I am wondering why the SDG 15.3.1 and Soil Organic Carbon algorithms keep failing.
