Regarding Register for Trends.Earth

Respected Sir/Madam

Currently i am using QGIS Desktop 3.28.2 version for plugin and install of trends.earth, i am trying to register for trends.earth. For that, i am full-fill all the necessary information "like- email Id:, Name:, Organization:, Country/Region:",  and after that i click on "OK" button but i am not getting any response. So, kindly request to yo please help me to resolve tis problem.
