Thismod swaps most of the ambient nonsense in chapter 11 for the remake version of Anxious Heart which played in the train graveyard in the original. The non-boss battle music is swapped to the classic battle jam. I fixed a cutscene cue with Aerith and ghosts similarly. Also swapped that snooze-fest in the Eligor battle for real battle music.

So I'm working on a model of the British Rial HST, I would love to see this in Train Fever as its one of my favourites. I should have screen shots available shortly of the Class 43 locomotive, coaches still to come!

The quality isn't as good as many other mods, but this is my first time making UV Maps and texturing. I only plan on providing the classic Intercity livery, repaints are welcome but the map is pretty hard to work with.

I plan on making the train available as separate coaches and locomotives, so that you can build your own 8 car + locomotives trainset if you wish; this ties in better with the existing game mechanics, however, there are some issues with balance:

The preference would be to dual head the train, but this is never economically feasible in Train Fever, does anyone see a way around this?

Eight coach's is quite a few, but should be feasible around 1975?

The power, weight and capacity are available on Wikipedia, these should be set realistically, but what about running costs and service life?

i distinctly remember this train having a totally different horn sound as the hst trains that go though my town often blow it as they pass though and as i dont live far from the station i get to hear it specially at night

i hear the DA DAAAAAAA DA sounds every night as they enter and leave northampton station but nice work i had to have this because A as i said i hear them all the damned time and ?B i have an 8 car long HST 125 train on my model railway set lol

The Mod is centered around Void Thomas The Salad Engine, an eyeless and demonic version of the titluar Number One Engine, Thomas, being based on a CartoonLover98 video simply titled "Salad Engine" with the name being a reference to the Internet Horror series Salad Fingers.

You and your girlfriend feel nostalgic and decide to watch some good ol' classic Thomas & Friends. However you're unaware that the VHS you own is actually haunted and inside remains a cursed version of your favorite number one engine...

Void Thomas is the first opponent of Week 1 and is based on an image of Thomas with no eyes photoshopped on an evening sky backdrop. He's a bit of a combination of other TTTE creepypastas but he's mostly based on one titled THOMAS where he chugs along an empty railway, breaks apart a Troublesome Truck, and says that the viewer is next. He is the opponent of the song Number One and Really Voidless Engine.

Void Thomas may look like the titular Thomas the Tank Engine, but he has some differences that make him stand out from the original. Physically, he lacks a front side cab window, his stepladders, and his lamp irons. He also lacks any eyes but is still able to see. In his original form, he also lacked his whistles and his boiler lining.

The table he had consisted of a Granny Smith apple, evidently for him, a rusty tin to hold his money, and a VHS which had a reasonably rotten sticker on the bottom of the casing which read out Thomas, just Thomas.

He simply said, he's going to find you, take it and don't watch it. In other words, I got it for free at home. I went straight to my room and shoved the VHS straight into my old TV. It took a while to load up, but once it did, I got a chair and sat down to watch.

As for Thomas himself, well, he was going a little bit faster than usual, as if he was running along to get something. The credits at the bottom of the screen were glitched and the first two letters of each word were cut out.

Now we get to see Thomas's face. He looked a little bit more scared than he usually was. The strangest thing was that Annie and Clara Abel, Thomas's two coaches, weren't actually there. Thomas was actually alone. I began to feel uneasy.

The station itself looked abandoned. The roof was missing a lot of tiles, the walls were covered with graffiti, and some of the OD bits and bobs on the platform were either bent or broken. Thomas pulls up, still coach less and still wearing his scared face.

Just before the intro ended, an image flashed on the screen for about one frame. From what I could make out, it looked like the Fat Controller. He actually looked human. Instead of the plastic figurines they used in the show.

Thomas came up to one single troublesome truck, but it looked scared, as if it knew what was coming its way. Thomas was coupled up to it and started to build up steam. But he never actually moved forward. He was just skidding in place.

Then the screen cuts to black, which then fades into a picture of no, it couldn't be. It was the older man from earlier today. He looked dead. In fact, he was dead. Who else was to blame? It was obviously Thomas who did this! Who then appears on the screen.

Timothy the Ghost Engine is based on an infamous TTTE creepypasta called "The Untold Story of Timothy" by KaneTakerfan701 on DeviantArt. The creepypasta is well known for being poorly written and has since became a joke creepypasta, however, it did gain a cult following back when it was first released.

The story is about a deleted scene in the Season 2 Episode "Ghost Train" where a new character called Timothy is about to take a late night passenger train. He had the exact same shape as Thomas but has no extended side tanks with the number 0 painted on his side. During his journey he heads on the wrong line towards an unfinished viaduct when he suddenly turns demonic and says his infamous catch phrase "I'm gonna send you all to the graveyard!" before falling off and killing all the passengers. He is the opponent of the song Ghost Train.

Timothy has the same body shape and model as Thomas, but is painted silver and wears the number 0 and shortened side tanks, and also has a menacing grin on his face. In this mod, Timothy has a single open cab window, lacks a step-on ladder, and has one whistle.

Seems kid friendly. But there's one rather morbid thing about it. There was a missing scene at the beginning of the episode that is a little too creepy for little kids to see. If you search the episode on YouTube or something like that, the first thing that will hit you is the opening.

If you want to see it then I'll put the episode up here for you. How people know is because when the episode first aired on TV it showed the deleted scene. Some little kids were unlucky enough to see it. I watched it with my son.

The episode starts out with a bunch of humans boarding a new train. He was silver, his model is the same to Thomas, but his face was different. He had very round eyes and a broad smile with little wrinkles at the end of his long mouth. He had the number 0 on him (so this must have been the first train on the railway). When all the passengers got on board the train steamed away.

Then it showed a creepy night time view of the docks. Timothy was speeding though this place like the world was ending. They were coming to their first stop, but when the driver tried to pull the breaks it worked but Timothy kept going. He was going as hard as he can.

Timothy said something. But his voice is so deep and warped at this point, that I couldn't understand what he was saying. It showed the cliff Timothy was heading towards and he was inches away from the edge and it cut to a view of other sites on Sodor, I can remember seeing an abandoned junk yard, a spooky forest and a view of the moon. But you can still hear the screams of the people on board as they fall to their death. It then cuts to the part were the ghost train is on the bridge (not cut).

The Slender Engine is a ghostly spirit engine said to wander around Sodor, stalking engines venturing into the night. As you can tell, it is based off Slenderman and is originally from the popular fanmade TOMY Thomas short series "Tomica Thomas And Friends" created by DieselD199, first appearing in short 20 "Slender Engine - The Eight Trucks" shorts, and last appearing in short 37 "Deus Ex Machina". He is the opponent of the song Lost Whistle.

The Slender Engine is a mix of two locomotive classes, including the main body of a Caledonian Railway Class 812 and the tender of an SR Class Q1. Much like his inspiration, he has a pale white face with no mouth and bright red eyes, and is up front staring at the screen.

James aka James the Red Engine is a main antagonist of Thomas the Tank Engine where he always gets jealous because of someone calling other engines really useful and tries to impress people. This version of him comes from a creepypasta lost episode named "James' Bad Day" where he commits various grim acts such as murdering other engines as he slowly transforms into a demonic engine. He is the opponent of the song Splendid Somberness.
