Broadcast flow is periodically deleted by OFPT_STATS_REQUEST

Hello:

We found a weird situations that tream send FLOW_MOD to delete all flows whose dl_dst is ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff every 5 seconds. The FLOW_MOD command is sent out with stats request.

We are sure the application is responsible for this.
