Trellis 0.9.4 Released

I am pleased to announce the release of Trellis 0.9.4

This release fixes a bug in which notifications on the root resource contained a duplicate slash.

Otherwise, this release updates the algorithm used to generate ETags, upgrades the build machinery to Gradle 6 and moves all JavaEE dependencies into the "provided" (as opposed to "compile") scope.

A big thank you to Nicolas Seydoux, who contributed the ETag update.
