Shrimp summer rolls with cilantro, mint, lemon grass, ginger,
cucumber and carrot in vermicelli with a hoisin dipping sauce

Third Course

2007 Reserve Chardonnay

Hickory BBQ pulled pork topped with creamy coleslaw
 served over corn bread

Fourth Course

2007 Meritage

Grilled filet mignon with caramelized onion bordelaise
and smoked Gouda mashed potatoes

Fifth Course

2007 Late Harvest Vignoles

Crepes filled with strawberries, mangos, and mascarpone cheese
 topped with fresh whipped cream
