Who are the OhmBoyz? 4 predelays injecting into 2 nicely geared delay lines, two complete resonant filters, distortion and high shelf. Remember, a delay is an echoing device. You really should prepare your sound to travel through space along with the OhmBoyz:

OhmBoyz is an advanced stereo multitap delay. Packed of full of great features, OhmBoyz includes complex resonant filters, distortion high shelf and a total of 39 LFOs. OhmBoyz is a unique filtered delay effect sure to take its user's sound on a journey through space.

OhmBoyz signal flow is built up of two primary stages: 'Multi-tap Pre-delay' and 'Delay lines.' The 'Multi-tap Pre-delay' is comprised of 4 tap delays, which can produce 4 one-hit repeats of the sound, shifted in time. 'Delay lines' is 2 delay lines, each generating a decaying echo of the signal from the predelays. Also, included in the GUI is the 'tempo settings' and the 'central panel' which includes a main edit screen projecting what parameter is currently being edited. The 'central panel' also includes an LFO control with several different parameters and wave types to choose from to create unique delay and echo effects.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's just the highly acclaimed OhmBoyz, a delay unit that starts with 4 pre-delays, each offering independent sync, level and pan controls. This then feed into 2 more delay units with a bunch of features associated with each: again, tempo sync, level and pan controls, but also a couple of rather well-endowed filters consisting of peak, low-pass, high-pass, bandpass and a resonance control. Get ready to travel to infinity and beyond with Captain Justice and his OhmBoyz! These are its main features:

Now what about watching some OhmBoyz videos to see (and listen!) how it works? Time flies: here we are at 21st century first decade's end and OhmBoyz is still one of Ohm Force's bestseller and one the most praised delays of the plugin history: take a look at this Electronic Musician magazine's review, then this review by Beat Mode (with plenty of audio examples!) and finally these user reviews posted at Harmony Central. The OhmBoyz is the favorite delay of the two time Grammy winner Stuart Price, who already produced Madonna and Coldplay - and also Hector Castillo's - who has engineered some of most recent works from Bjrk, David Bowie and Philip Glass - first choice. OhmBoyz main uses are:
Unique combined 4 delay effects
Typical tape delays
'Ambient' and bizarre delays
Looping effects
Creative sound destruction
Vocal Slap-back
Vintage 1950's Delays
Atmospheric massive feedback delays
Time - Synched Delays matching BPM
Reversed and slowed down delays
Chorus
Doubling
Ringing tones/pitched delays

This delay combines 4 pre-delays, 2 delays, 2 resonant filters, 2 high shelf controls, 2 distortions, and enough LFO's to keep any tweakhead happy! The combinations that can be made with this plug are staggering - from simple dub delays, to huge complex repeating patterns; you can create any sonic landscape with OhmBoyz Delay !

IS THE BEST PLUG IN EVER - IT HAS THE BEST ECHO IF YOU KNOW HOW TO SET THE DELAYS . I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM OF NOT RESPONDING WINAMP OR OTHER PROBLEM . I HOPE THEY RELASE OTHER PRODUCTS SAME GOD LIKE THIS . - August 20, 2006 by bogdan bogdan

Winamp blocker - As soon as i installed this plug-in and wanted to try this softwaren it completely freezed win-amp and I had to close it done by the old Ctrl/Alt/Delete trick. So, Complete rubbish - August 16, 2006 by M Witvliet

BEST DELAY EVER. wow, all you people with bad reviews are silly. - This effect plugin wasn't developed for enhancing the sound of MP3s. SO DON'T EXPECT IT TO.It was designed as a delay effect for electronic music production. I find it odd that there's even a winamp version, but it's a VST plugin that makes some very wicked effects. I produce electronic music, and here are two examples of songs that heavily rely on this plugin to add the atmospherics. -%20Tease.mp3 -aeon-02.mp3If you want to send me comments, my email is eidolon @ idealsound.ca.I don't know what I would do without this plugin. There's nothing like having the knobs on it's filters linked to your midi controller! - December 2, 2005 by jason b

Hrm. - I give it one star, because the guy actually had the balls to put this up. It adds.. noise. I don't want my songs sounding like the crap this thing puts out. Don't bother downloading. - April 23, 2002 by B Conley

worst program - It didn't crash my system, but all this program does is make your music sound like crap. It puts all this background noise in and all their presets add this crappy echo effect. Never again will I download a program from Ohm Force. - February 19, 2002 by Mike DiLuzio

You?re right Bryan - These guys really must be ignorant. This plugin is the shit. Even though i thought my mp3 files couldn?t sound any better but they do. And thats the way it goes. You people who don?t understand how to install such a plugin try some less sophisticated ones and let the "big guys" lead the way. - February 6, 2002 by Benjamin Roth

you guys must be ignorant - it dosent take a retarded monkey to install this stuff, you click download, open (to save hardrive space) ok and then the install automatically comes up. it dosent do anything to winamp, you idiots screw it up. jeeze you girls are always whining about "it dosent work even if i uninstall winamp" first of all you dont solve the problem like that, you uninstall the freakin file the dsp effect is in, not start a squall and do something stupid like that. you are a bunch of morons and there are nothing wrong with these programs just their users - January 15, 2002 by bryan tewell

What the matter with those user opinions ? - hey incredible the lame little war occuring out there. As soon as a new plug is posted you got some alias that come with "0 star" and assorted comments. Of course, everybody that just *try* the plug will immediately see/hear how much this are just angry developpers that want to see their plugz top of the list.Anyway, it seems Ohm Force's stronger at the spamming game ! ;-)Bah, plug is excellent anyway (especially if you mix or make musicla stuff). 5 stars, no less. - November 24, 2001 by Ed Wood

nothing but an advertisement - A waste of time. nothing but a scam, as well as the rest of the products they develope. IT WILL CRASH YOUR SYSTEM. you will be forced to uninstall and then reinstall winamp. not a good choice, unless you wish frustration upon yourself. - November 23, 2001 by brian rawcliffe

Just......Don't bother - this plugin, is, how can i put this?......a menace to music, and they expect you to pay for this after what the trial shows you? it just ruins any music you are unfortunate enough to use it with - November 8, 2001 by Mark Webster

Emulation of Robert Fripp's tape delay effect "Frippertronics": two Revox B-77 in continuous loop. This XL version supposes a complete rewrite of the old Elottronix, and adds a ton of new possibilities:

* Two independent routable delay lines, with a maximum delay time of 80 seconds. Tempo can be synced to host BPM.
* LFO controlled Pan per delay line, with definable Bar Divisions, Pitch and Waveform.
* Two global Pan modes: normal and inverted.
* Rehearsal option: when switched ON, the incoming signal doesn't pass through the delay lines, so you can try different things before inserting them into the loop.
* Biquad-X multimode filter per delay line. This advanced filter has 9 different modes: Low Pass, High Pass, Low Shelf, High Shelf, All Pass, Band Reject, Band Pass CSG, Band PassC0PK and Peak. Optional parameters to control are Gain, Cutoff and Q.
* Tape machine: this module generates tape hiss, which can be pitched up and down.
* Completely automatable via MIDI CC.
* Moderate CPU use (-8% Athlon XP 2400+).
* Includes 8 Presets to give an idea of the effect (4 for sends, 4 for inserts). But what Elottronix XL does can't be covered with presets as you'll discover

Have you met the Ohmboyz? This charming bunch of delays are ready to take your sound flying through space and pilot it into previously unexplored dimensions.

There are more than a few delays on the market, so we really had to do something special with this. That's why your journey starts with no fewer than four predelays. These cute little critters will really busy your sound up and get it primed to for its leap into the unknown. From here, we head for the two slickly geared delay channels, each of which is armed with its own filters, pan pot and overdrive. This universe is yours for the shaping.

Tom Pong is a ping pong delay VST Plugin. A ping pong delay is a delay which alternates from one speaker to another. If the balance is set to 0.5, a stereo signal will invert itself each time the delay buffer is played back. If the balance is set to either side of 0.5, the signal bounces back and forth between the speakers. Tom Pong can be synced to the host sequencer, or delay times can be set by sample count. Feedback and output level are also adjustable.
MoreTom Pong is free, so enjoy!

Oh, and the knobs are snapple caps. They say "You have to play ping-pong for 12 hours to lose one pound"...it seemed fitting.
