No downloads for offline maps

I am on Android8.1 and I realized that I can not download maps anymore.

Is this an temporary status? I tryed to download the maps on other phones too. No succes.

This status makes the whole app unusefull!

Does anybody facing the same problem?

Hello. Yes, several users have encountered this problem last time on Android 8, 7 and 6. However, maps downloading was successful two-three weeks ago, but then smth happens suddenly. Hope, it's just a bug so the developer will find some solution.
