With all the area searched and all the UXB's found and removed they
could finally get started on the building process. Luckily the
foundation for the main building went up easily. "Major were are we
with the project?" Ricky asked walking up to the Klingon Major
T'Kange.

"70% of the debris has been removed from the center and the left side
of base allowing us access to start re-building the main compound
along with the buildings that were to the left of the main compound."
T'Kange said gruffly. "Material recyclation is taking longer than we
expected but it is giving us materials we need now."

"Good also the sooner we can get the barracks up the better I'm sure
the MACOs will be much appreciative of having a more permanent place
to live than the make shifts ones we've got up now." Ricky said
watching a large crane remove a large piece or debris.

"Copy that I've got 1st Zemke and a couple of squads working on that
right now." T'Kange said, "but we also realized that blasts and the
bombardments caused some issues with the sewage pipes so we've got a
environmental/structural team down there repairing right now. Luckily
the two main septic tanks weren't damage so all that needs to be
repaired are the pipes."

Ricky nodded knowing that would've added close to three months to the
timeline. "Was it just the pipes coming from the barracks that were
damaged?"

T'Kange just nodded, "with the way the explosives were planted they
were hoping that it containment the water which would've caused some
issues in the surrounding areas." Ricky nodded knowing that it
would've started with dysentery and moved onto much worse stuff. "I've
been told that the sewage repairs will be done in 48 hrs and than the
barracks will be done 24 hrs after that."

"Good...... and once we get the main structure up we'll need to begin
mapping the surrounding area to find room for more barrack's need to
be able to accommodate division of MACOs." Ricky said glad that at
least of the structures were going up, "and the computer core for the
main compound well be delivered in one months time." He added knowing
that it was taking them about a week and half to construct the new
core and than rest of the time was travel time.

T'Kange nodded making some calculations in his head, "we may need to
store for a couple of days after it arrives the outer structure would
be done but we may be still working on the insides getting all the
relays and the like done." Ricky just nodded as he watched the 92nd
continue their work removing debris and starting putting up the base
and walls of structures.

"Sir." A petty officer said walking up behind them. "You've a incoming
communication from SB 514."

"Alright I'll be right there petty officer. And Major keep my
updated." Ricky said as he followed the petty officer. Even though
this was his main project he still had several engineering/repair
ships out within the fleet.
