Role: QA Analyst (QTP expertise)
Duration: 9-12 Months
Location: Herndon, VA

Must have 10 or 10+ Years Experience. 

We are looking for a functional/regression automation quality assurance tester, preferably with SilkTest Workbench. We will consider candidates who have QTP experience if they have a good amount of experience with QTP and/or a background in automation test scripting.

MINIMUM Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in a formal QA/Testing role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This may include experience from prior military service.
• 5 – 7 years of QA SDLC process experience, to include previous experience in test strategy and test plan creation as well as experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 2-4 years of experience in testing web based applications.
• Strong understanding of database structure and design, to include SQL language query skills.
• Experience working with business partners, product management, and application development on multiple projects.
• Experience in planning the implementation of automated test plans and automated testing using test automation tools, in this case SilkPerformer (performance/load) and SilkTest Workbench (functional/regression)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
