Removed trys from fitContinuous

Greetings,
I've removed the try's from fitContinuous.hacked and it's working fine
in my initial runs. Derrick, would it be possible to rerun the
profiling info that you have so I can see what things look like
without all the functions downstream from trys? I'll set up a run on
the O'meara labs just to see how everything looks there as well.

Actually you may want to hold off on that, it doesn't seem like it's working now on my initial runs. I'll keep your updated as I get things figured out.
