Some recent profile info

Greetings,
I ran some more profiling yesterday and I had a hang up again but I
let it run for quite some time this time so hopefully the profile info
might be informative as to why everything is all caught up. I saved
the R summary output in the doRun_prof_521.Rdata file, the output of
Derrick's python hierarchy script in the pythonprof.out file, and the
raw data is in the doRun_2.out file. I'm going to take a closer look
this afternoon and hopefully get some profiles posted from a short run
that didn't spend a very long time caught up. In the meantime if
anyone sees anything peculiar let me know!
