Treevo S3 pkg branch example file

Greetings Brian and Barb,

I'm looking into parallelizing the ABC-PRC step in doRun and I have a good idea of what I think will work and I'm thinking of working with it on an example file running on the new package branch since the list/ output structure is more intuitive to me (i wouldn't submit it in the pkg branch I'd probably just wait to merge the two branches then add the changes to my branch). I'm running into some problems just getting the example file that I have to load up after I open the new doRun and all the files from source though, I think some arguments may have changed etc... I could probably go through and find things by hand but if you already have a set example file that you've been using (like the TreEvoExample.R file) it would make things much simpler for me. If you have a copy that is in working order and you could send it to me that would be great, if it's too early and you're still working out the testing in the pkg branch I definitely understand and I'll just continue in my branch.
