commit changes

Hi guys, 

I recommitted changes to doRun_prc, so it should be working again. It is still untested so if you see something that looks like an error please bring it up.

Dan, one thing that threw me for a loop is that you committed changes to the main branch of treevo. I don't know if this was just a mistake or intentional, but lets keep the commits to just your branch for now. 

Please let me know if there are questions or any problems.
