Donations page

After long discussion in some other threads, I decided to create a
donations page, so we can see how that goes:

This page is not linked from anywhere yet besides here, so if anyone
feels it should be done differently, feel free to give your feedback.
Particularly, I wonder what people feel about the "rewards" I put in
there for higher donation amounts.

Otherwise, feel free to start donating :)

So, we've had our first donation!
David suggested that simply putting $ amounts next to the donation
list might encourage people.
What does everyone think?

Almost 2 weeks in, and 2 donations... I had assumed the most active
users were on this group, but maybe they aren't.

So I have now linked the donations page from the main page, so every
visitor can see it... lets see if that results in more donations.
