Windows builds portable (zip bundle, standalone)

I would love to see actual Windows builds within a zip package, since I can't use the installer (no admin rights).

There are no-installer builds on the CI, e.g. https://github.com/aardappel/treesheets/actions/runs/832825513

Sadly, all of the artifacts have expired as they exceed 90 days old.   Is there another way beta builds can be made available?  And/or maybe the official build could be updated?    Thank you!

If I'm reading this right the 90 days is a hard limit for public repositories:

Hmm that sucks, there indeed seems no way around it.

I just pushed a commit to trigger the CI.. not sure what the long term solution is.
