I mailed a package on 12/11/20 from USA to UK using global shipping partner - Asendia. Today, 1/8/21, tracking is just first showing that it "departed Asendia facility"??? My customer is fuming. WHY did Etsy contract w/ this incompetent company??
A departed user is a person who left their position with the university, thus deactivating their profile within Chrome River. Occasionally, Delegates may need to locate Chrome River reports submitted by a departed employee, or submit a reconciliation on their behalf. You can do this using the Include Departed search tool in Chrome River. Learn about scenarios that may require the use of this tool.
If a traveler leaves their job at Indiana University and needs reimbursement for trip expenses that occurred during their employment, additional action is needed to generate this payment. The departed user must be added as a Chrome River Nonemployee Traveler supplier in BUY.IU and be reimbursed using a Nonemployee Travel report type in Chrome River.

If a departed cardholder has outstanding T&E Card expenses, their Expense Ambassador must submit the expenses on their behalf. Please reach out to your expense ambassador to coordinate if you have identified departed employee T&E Card transactions. Credits can still be received on departed employee T&E Cards after the card has been canceled and will populate in Workday to be expensed.
