Guidelines should be out later today; my apologies.

Topics are not yet available, but should be shortly.

Deadline is no earlier than June 15th; but I'm trying to push
it back a bit; we'll see what NIST can accommodate.

Initial results will be submitted to NIST in standard TREC submission
format, but only 5 documents per topic will be submitted.

Pushing back the deadline would definitely give us some breathing
room, since we just received our copy of Clueweb last Monday.
