Topics are not yet available, but should be shortly.
Deadline is no earlier than June 15th; but I'm trying to push
it back a bit; we'll see what NIST can accommodate.
Initial results will be submitted to NIST in standard TREC submission
format, but only 5 documents per topic will be submitted.
