Submission Site for TREC-IS 2021-A

Evening, all! Hope you're having a good weekend.

The submission website for IS is now live at https://ir.nist.gov/trecsubmit/incident.html.  The password is the TREC 2021 active participants password.

Please try using the check script (here: http://cody.bunta.in/bitbucket/trecis/check_incident.json.2021a.pl) before submitting your run. The submission form uses the same script to check for errors, so you’ll save yourself some aggravation if you know your file passes before you try to submit it.

Note that we are still missing ad forms from many participants.  Please send those to Angela!
