Afternoon, all!

First, thank you for your patience! The TREC-IS website has been updated for 2021, the new evaluation data is available, and 2021's guidelines are posted. We now have in excess of 100 events of various types and are looking forward to your participation!

In preparation for the 2021-A TREC-IS edition due at the beginning of May, we are holding virtual office hours this Friday, 26 March, at 11 AM EDT. Zoom link is below. Passcode is available in the TREC-IS channel on Slack. If you've not joined the Slack channel through the TREC invite process, send me an email, and I can send you the passcode.

You can use these office hours to ask questions, get clarification, share feedback, or discuss future plans for the track.

We also are in early planning stages for a leaderboard-style evaluation setup between the 2021-A edition in May and the 2021-B edition in the fall, so you can improve your models over the coming months.
