Submission of the CrisisFACTS

Dear Organiser, 

For the submission of CrisisFACTS results, the website said that the Runs will be submitted through the NIST submission system at https://trec.nist.gov/, but in the website for this track, it only provides the main website link. 

If I have the final JSON file, where and how should I submit? It would be great if you please clarify the matter.
