COVID-19 Data, Task 3 Extensions, and Tasks 1/2 Deadlines

Hello, all!
The COVID-19 tweets for Task 3 have been made available via the TREC-IS download client (set "request": "trecis2020-A-covid" in your info.json file). To account for the delay in making them available, we have pushed the deadline for Task 3 submissions to June 8.
Tasks 1 and 2 are due at the original date of June 1, next Monday.
