Where to find method descriptions for submissions?

I've tried searching for papers describing methods used in the health misinformation task, but was only able to find 2.
Is there a place where I can find the results and methods for previous years runs?

In TREC 2019 the Health Misinformation Track was called the Decision track, so the TREC 2019 proceedings would list the papers under that name.
The TREC 2020 Proceedings were just posted to the TREC web site today.
TREC proceedings are in the "Publications" section of the TREC web site (https://trec.nist.gov/proceedings/proceedings.html). The top of the main page for a proceedings contains a link labeled "indexed by track", which points to a page where the papers are organized by the track they pertain to.
