fedweb topic descriptions

Dear fedweb organizers,

I have a question about this years (well 2013) topics that I hope you can help me with. I was unable to find descriptions for the topics (query strings), however, without descriptions some queries are quite ambiguous. Especially when taking the judgements into account. For example, sony vaio laptop. Here the judgements seem biased towards buying a laptop and comparing prices, not about repair, but this is hard to distill from just the query. Were there any descriptions or guidelines for the assessors and if so would you be able to share these?
