My passion for this method of food preparation is not only based on my predilection for cookies, pies and cakes.  Baking also provides a controlled and predictable method of preparation that is conducive to entertaining...  Some of my favorite baked entrees include lasagna, frittata, pizza and stuffed vegetables.
