Calling ALL groups - young & old to participate in St Pats festival in Tallaght

Hi all,

 

The turn out was very encouraging tonight at the meeting to discuss plans for the St Pats festival this evening.

 

Could we make sure every group - sports, drama, theatre, youth clubs, arts / crafts, retired groups, special interest is aware that there is an open invitation to contact  SDCC if they wish to participate.

 

This the first parade / festival in Tallaght on St Pats day for many years & it is poised to be an enjoyable evening, ending with a firework display. It is starting at 4 pm  and running to @ 6:30 pm.

 

Tallaght Community Council are participating & hope the newly crowned Tallaght Person of the Year will be part of the parade.

 

Please pass this onto any group who may not have signed up but who would be interested in taking part.

 

The observers will be on a first come first served basis. There is no alcohol at the event. There will be NO PARKING at the event, except disabled parking and those participants travelling by coaches.

 

Lets make it a celebration to remember in Tallaght - Tallaght abú !
