Subject: Greenroads Seeking Volunteer Technical Advisors for V3

Hi Tim,

Happy Earth month! I hope you are doing well. I was wondering if you might kindly send this call out to the ADD40 committee and friends. We would really appreciate it!

Greenroads International is looking for subject matter experts in sustainability across multiple disciplines to advise and assist in the development of Greenroads Version 3, which we plan to release next year in April (draft for comment) and final by August 2020 (our 10th anniversary). We are looking for people with the latest and greatest sustainability knowledge so we can make sure we are staying ahead of the curve and continuously evolving.

We are specifically looking to add technical depth for safety, resilience/vulnerability assessments, stormwater, decarbonization, railways, construction, procurement and finance, and international transportation and environmental standards. Generally, the teams are set up around the categories of the rating system.

·         Environment & Water

·         Construction Activities

·         Materials & Design

·         Utilities & Controls

·         Access & Livability

We are looking to fill a few openings in each of the teams, and are happy to help people learn by participating and encourage people to explore a topic they do not know well. The applications are here:

The first meeting of technical teams is going to be at the end of this month (April 25) and a short orientation presentation is required, so we need applications by April 22 to participate in the kickoff. (Applications received after the meeting will still be accepted.)

Advisors serve a 2 year term to bridge the launch period and have standing monthly 1-hour meetings with a lead. The lead reports to the Board of Directors and is supported by Greenroads staff.

For questions: please contact me directly.

Thank you so much in advance,

Jeralee
