At the TRB Annual Meeting of the AT040 Standing Committee on the Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Bob Jaffin, Veda Bharath, and David Willauer agreed to develop ideas for an “Emerging Markets/Technologies Subcommittee” and either present the proposed structure and direction at the mid-year meeting or schedule a subcommittee meeting to be held in conjunction with the mid-year meeting. They met on March 27, 2018 and developed the attached list of ideas for discussion.
