August is around the corner and we will begin the 2020 TRB paper review season before we realize it.  I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Robert Waters for his many years of outstanding service as the AT040 Transportation of Hazardous Materials Committee Paper Review Coordinator, and David Willauer for trusting me with this new role.
