Dear AT040 members & friends,
Please helps plan the 2019 TRB Freight Day and submit ideas for sessions! Below you will find a link to a session proposal survey. You may make submissions directly; work with a couple of members or friends to make a joint submission; or submit ideas to either David, Joyce, or I and we can help facilitate development of the idea (the latter two options are highly encouraged).
If you have any questions let me know.
Best Regards to all,
Rick

Subject: Freight Day at TRB Planning - Please Distribute
All:
We would appreciate your help as we plan for 2019 TRB FREIGHT DAY next year by distributing the following survey to your membership to help us collect proposals for sessions: https://s.zoomerang.com/r/19FreightDay
We invite proposals for Freight Day sessions that fall under the Transformative Technologies theme. Sessions may focus on specific technologies, the societal impact of these changes, specific components of the freight system, and many others. Freight Day proposals should include a title and abstract, ideas for the format and speakers or speaker types.
We are asking for responses by May 15, 2018. After that, we will be working with you to consider the proposals received in order to generate the sessions for Freight Day. Thank you for your support.
If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Nicole Katsikides
