The Mid-Year Meeting of the P3 Subcommittee will be this Wednesday, July 9th, at the TRB 5th International Conference on Surface Transportation Financing.  The meeting will be at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel while the remainder of the conference is at the TRB's Beckman Center in Irvine.
