The P3 Subcommittee Meeting is coming up next Tuesday, September 14th, from 12:15 to 1:15 PM, in the Columbia Hall 11 and 12 at the Washington Hilton. Although TRB is NOT providing any kind of teleconference capability (as is standard for the annual meeting) I will endeavor to use my cell phone and the following conference line to establish a phone connection. Since we're not in the subbasement, there's a good chance we'll have reception, but I can't guarantee it will work.
