Friends and Members of the Major Cities Committee,
Fred Dock, one of our members, is looking for your input for a presentation he is giving at the ITE Technical Conference set for March 9-12 in Miami. For the opening plenary, ITE will be drawing from the Brookings Metropolitan Revolution publication and has asked the panel to take a look at the transformation of metropolitan regions and how transportation is an inherent building block in that change. It will kick off the overall conference and begin the exploration of Applying Innovation and Technology to Transportation. For that session, Fred has been asked to speak about what members of the Major Cities committee are doing.
Fred is looking for your help with images and project/program descriptions to include in a 20-minute presentation on this theme. If you have ideas for that presentation, please send them directly to Fred at fd...@cityofpasadena.net by next Thursday, 2/27.
